Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift was live at Proctor School today!

Well really it was a live webcast from Scholastic in New York City.  Proctor students were invited to the library this afternoon to watch the 30 minute webcast.  Taylor talked about her love of reading and writing.  She answered questions from her live audience as well as from classrooms around the globe.  She inspired everyone to be a reader.  The biggest hit was when Taylor sang one of her songs from her new CD, Red, for the students.  Our audience was so excited!  There was a lot of singing in our own library.

 

 

The students were told that the letters RED stand for Read Every Day.
